Albert & Frederick is an independent family-run creative estate agency covering Cheltenham, Forest of Dean and the surrounding areas.
We are a family business run by myself Graham and wife Sarah and named after our two sons conceived after our tenth and eleventh IVF treatments and many heartache on our journey.
Family values are at the heart of Albert & Frederick.
Albert & Frederick was established after buying, selling and building properties.
We could not find an agent that delivered on quality, commitment, communication, honesty and a genuine interest in properties.

Along with property our backgrounds have been in creative advertising and international marketing, and we believe in showcasing every property in the best possible way using our extensive skill-sets.

We work on all the creative marketing ourselves and by the time we are ready for viewings we know everything there is to know about your property. We carry out all the viewings personally as we believe it is crucial to be able to answer every question to maximise the chances of selling your property to the right buyer.
How are your rates so low?
Simple, we are an independent business with the creative and marketing skills in-house that mean we do need to pay third parties to help us market your property.
There are no upfront fees and we work on a no sale no fee basis.
